VENDOR SET UP DETAILS
  • Your exact location will be determined when you first arrive to sell.
  • Priority is always given to vendors who purchase the most number of days.
  • Every table must be covered with a professional black trade show quality cover that reaches the floor on all sides. Available on site $20 each.
  • Vendors must bring their own tables and fixtures.
  • Handwritten signs are prohibited.
  • Basic electric for vendors is included for all spaces.
  • Basic electric means that you will have enough power to plug in portable lighting to highlight your items, run a cash register and a card processing terminal.
  • Vendors should bring a 20' heavy duty extension cord.
  • In addition to or instead of tables vendors may use professional new or like new racks, display cases or any other quality new or like new retail fixture.
  • You may come to set up your space either the night before or the morning of your first day of selling.
  • Please call Carlos our Show Manager 516-426-8394 to make arrangements.
  • If it is helpful you may bring your tables or any other display material to the store any night when the mall closes and leave it in our storage room for no additional fee.
  • There is no storage fee but we are not responsible for any items.
  • This could be beneficial if you are delayed in arriving since you are not permitted to bring fixtures in or out of the Mall during Mall hours.
